Project: Aristo Venus Rock Golf Resort

Location: Ha Potami, Kouklia Village (Paphos)

Description: Set to become one the largest golf resort in the South Eastern Mediterranean. Project: Del Mar

Location: Limassol Sea Front

Description: Del Mar is an ultra-high-end residential and commercial development on the coast line of Limassol, the most cosmopolitan city of Cyprus. Project: Limni Bay

Location: Limni Area, Chrysochou Bay, in Polis, Paphos district, North West of Cyprus.

Location: Paphos

The resort is designed by Woods & Bagot, leading international resort architects, together with the world known international architects, ATKINS who designed the masterplan. Project: ONE Tower

Location: Limassol

Description: The Tower is situated on the seafront of Limassol and is a mixed-use development with retail shops, restaurant, café, offices else well as luxurious apartments, duplexes and penthouses. The Boutique Tower is designed by the world known international architects, ATKINS who have designed so many recognizable projects all around the globe. Location: Prodromos village at Troodos Mountains, Cyprus

Location: Limassol

Project: Lord Byron Towers

Location: Nicosia Center

Description: Planning and design of the building has been entrusted to the skills of Scott Browning, a London-based consultancy with broad experience in high rise developments. Their primary concern was to create a landmark iconic building whose size, luxury and aesthetics will provide a unique landmark office development. Flexibility to the end user as well as high-tech innovative building efficiency, introducing latest-day sustainable technology and life-cycle-costing for energy conservation and low operating and maintenance cost, greenery and provision of recreational outlets were also prime concerns. Comprised of two ‘soft’ interconnected towers positioned in an open landscaped plaza that will go to the highest permitted heights, which are now 100m and 90m tall, to give identity better natural lighting, ventilation, sound insulation to higher floors and to provide maximum space planning flexibility for either open plan or cellular configurations. Designed for office and commercial development and currently the largest commercial office development in Cyprus.
