Located in the city center of Larnaca, the project is due to be delivered in August 2019 and all the apartments will be available only for rental per night. The whole building is also available for sale.
It has six floors with one bedroom apartment on the first, second and third floor. Two bedroom apartments are located on the fifth and sixth floor and a three bedroom apartment on the fourth floor.
The design is modern and minimal and energy saving building materials have been used.
